Privacy notice

Your early-access request is for a business conversation. It does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.

Information you provide

The form collects your work email, company, role, optional phone number, industry, territory, project types, typical deal size and requested intelligence. It also records your agreement to be contacted, the submission date and a request identifier.

Do not include confidential customer lists, credentials or sensitive personal information in your answers.

How it is used

Your information is used to assess early-access interest, understand business requirements, respond to your request and discuss a possible pilot. It is not published in the website’s sample intelligence views or sold as a contact list.

Requests are held in a private lead store or delivered to a configured business lead-management destination. Access should be limited to people handling these requests and service providers needed to operate that destination.

Analytics and technical information

This release does not install advertising trackers or analytics cookies. It emits limited in-browser interaction events, such as a page view or successful form submission, ready for a future analytics connection. Email, phone and free-text form answers are excluded from those events. Session storage remembers the page from which you requested access, without its query string.

The website host may process routine technical request information, including network addresses. Temporary abuse controls can use an email hash and, when enabled behind a trusted proxy, an address hash. These controls are separate from marketing analytics.

Changes, deletion and contact

You can request correction or deletion, or withdraw permission to be contacted, using the contact form. Use the email from your earlier request and state your request in the information field; select “Varies / not sure” where a deal size is not relevant.

Information should be kept only while needed to handle the enquiry or an agreed business relationship. The operating team should review inactive enquiries and delete those no longer needed. Withdrawing consent does not undo handling already completed.
