A focused exploration for C&I solar EPCs

A promising roof is the start of a conversation.

Commercial solar prospecting needs more than a large rooftop. Your team needs to understand ownership, existing installations and whether the site could support a viable project.

Early-access research for commercial and industrial solar EPC teams operating in India.

A rooftop is the beginning of a question.Concept illustration

Separate a potential site from a qualified buyer.

We’re exploring whether physical-world context can improve EPC territory prospecting. An unverified roof prospect is not an inbound enquiry, an engineering assessment or evidence that a company intends to buy solar.

Building context
Industrial or commercial use, location and source-backed ownership context. Verify whether the occupier can authorise work.
Roof observation
Potential roof area and visible obstructions could support screening. Imagery cannot establish structural capacity.
Existing solar
Check recent imagery and on-site information. An apparently empty roof does not prove that no system is installed or planned.
Commercial qualification
Electricity use, tariffs, tenure, financing and decision authority require direct confirmation.
Technical review
Structural, electrical and interconnection checks belong in an appropriate engineering assessment.

Focus the pilot on better qualification.

Define your operating territory and minimum useful project size, then compare a small set of reviewed prospects with the leads your team currently buys or generates.

Agree the customer profile

Specify industries, territory and project-size range. Record which sites your team cannot serve.

Review candidate sites

Look for a reason to investigate, while keeping roof, owner and installation-status uncertainties visible.

Validate buyer intent

Confirm authority, electricity needs and willingness to evaluate solar before counting a qualified opportunity.

Questions, answered.

How can a solar business generate leads?

EPC teams can use referrals, partner networks, inbound enquiries and targeted company research. Compare a source by qualified buyer intent and project fit. A roof identified through research is a prospect to check, not a verified request for a solar installation.

Are commercial solar leads available to buy now?

No. This page collects interest in an India-focused prospecting pilot. We are not advertising an existing inventory of verified EPC enquiries or exclusive rooftop leads.

Can satellite imagery prove that a roof is suitable?

No. It can potentially support initial screening, but cannot establish structural condition, electrical readiness, ownership permission or buyer intent. Those require additional checks.

Will you provide roof area or solar capacity estimates?

Those are potential future screening fields. Any estimate must state its assumptions and limitations and be checked by a qualified technical team before design or investment decisions.

Which states will the pilot cover?

Territories will be selected based on buyer demand, available evidence and the ability to verify it. Use the early-access form to tell us where you operate.
