Find the projects that fit your next sale.
Construction leads become useful when your team knows where a project is, how far it has progressed and whether the timing fits what you supply.
Request early accessAn early-access approach for building materials, RMC, TMT steel, roofing, HVAC, electrical and elevator suppliers.

Give every site a reason to be on your list.
A foundation-stage project may matter to an RMC supplier. A building approaching fit-out may matter to an electrical or elevator team. The Salience Lab is exploring how evidence of activity can support that qualification, before time is spent on a site visit.
- Discovery
- Bring candidate sites and public project records together; show whether a record is new to your team.
- Project stage
- Separate reported progress from observed activity and field confirmation. Stage labels should carry dates.
- Location and size
- Record the location and any source-backed area or project size, with uncertainty where details are missing.
- Commercial fit
- Match project type and stage to supplier categories. Relevance is an assessment, not a confirmed requirement.
- Follow-up
- Identify what needs checking and who should own the next action. Future alerts should follow meaningful verified changes.
From a long list to a more useful field visit.
Start with your territory and product. Compare a small, reviewed set of projects with your current dealer, field and database sources before adding more volume.
Set the criteria
Define the areas you serve, minimum project scale and the construction stages relevant to your products.
Review the shortlist
Check source dates, stage evidence and likely relevance. Flag known, stale or unsuitable projects.
Confirm the opening
Verify the decision-maker and procurement timing before treating a project as a sales opportunity.
Questions, answered.
What does a construction lead mean?
It can mean a homeowner requesting a contractor, or a project that may need a supplier. This proposed pilot focuses on the second: B2B construction projects for material and system suppliers.
How can a construction business generate leads?
Common sources include referrals, field visits, project databases, tenders and public approvals. Compare them by buyer fit and timeliness. A project-led supplier workflow is different from advertising for homeowner enquiries.
Will you estimate cement, steel or other material quantities?
Material-demand estimates are a future research direction. Area or construction stage alone cannot establish a reliable bill of quantities. Any estimate would need explicit assumptions, ranges and validation.
Are these exclusive or verified sales enquiries?
No. The sample records are fictional, and early access does not include exclusive enquiries. A discovered project, even when verified, is different from a buyer asking to purchase a product.
